Not all young boys have the same opportunities in life. One example of this is the fact that till this day there are still large income gaps between men. Many teens of color do not have the same education opportunities, which leads to many more inequalities in their adult lives. Opportunities can be created for these teenage boys by providing them with quality tech-education and inspiring them to become technology entrepreneurs.
Many teenage boys of color do not grow up with the same opportunities in life as white teenage boys do. Fighting one of these inequalities can be done by providing teenage boys of color with tech workshops so they may have the same opportunities in their adult life as other teens growing up. These tech workshops are designed to meet the challenges of adolescence and adulthood head-on to achieve their full potentials. Workshops consisting of a holistic approach to allow youth to discover their strengths and weaknesses. Encouraging teens to work in groups and engage in good faith arguments to encourage exponential personal growth.

We serve young men of color between the 7th and 11th grade who come from low-income communities. Since 2009, we have used the concept of developing strong teams as a way of teaching our young men of color about collaboration, ideation, and long-lasting life skills. In small teams, our youths learn the process of taking an idea from concept to market. We use coding as the catalyst to take young men of color and turn them into technology leaders who build positive communities. We serve +1,500 students yearly, in which 95% have attended university.
