Our Expert Guide will take us boating on one of the biggest lakes in the southern Chile, with privileged views of Puerto Varas and enjoyably calm waters.

Llanquihue Lake is the second largest lake in Chile after General Carrera Lake, with an area 860 km2. Its depth is not known with certainty, but some calculate it to be at least 350 meters deep. The name, "Llanquihue" comes from the Mapudungun: "Llanquyn-we" meaning "Place to dive in the water." From the lake you can see the cities of Puerto Varas, Osorno and Frutillar.

The landscape around the lake is unique, a shore filled with fairy-tale type buildings, surrounded by intense green woods and gardens blooming despite the adverse climates.

Join us on this beautiful journey that's sure to leave you longing to return.
