Instructions:

Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter this campaign.
Participants must be located in the campaign city to submit an entry.
Entries must be submitted before campaign ends to be valid.
A panel of judges review each entry to ensure rules have been followed.
Participants may enter a campaign 1 time unless otherwise stated.
Winning entries will be notified via email.
